CANCELLATION &
REFUND POLICY.
This policy applies to bookings for any training programs under VSK Racing.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your booking, email vskracingofficial@gmail.com with your name, booking reference, and training date. Refund eligibility is based on when we receive your request:

Participants who do not attend, arrive too late to join safely, or leave after training begins will not receive a refund, except where required by applicable law.
RESCHEDULING
You may request one complimentary date change at least 7 days before your scheduled training, subject to availability. Your replacement session must take place within 90 days of the original date. Any difference in program price is payable.
Cancellation is not applicable for a rescheduled booking.
WEATHER, SAFETY, AND ORGANIZER CANCELLATIONS
Rally training depends on suitable weather, track conditions, vehicle availability, and safety requirements. We may postpone, modify, or cancel a session when necessary.
If we cancel before training begins, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another available date. If we end a session early and cannot deliver a substantial part of the training, we will offer replacement training or a proportionate refund for the undelivered portion.
Please consider flexible arrangements for travel and accommodation. These costs are not included in program refunds, except where required by law.
PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY AND CONDUCT
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements communicated before booking, complete the required safety briefing, and follow instructor directions.
We may refuse or stop participation for intoxication, dangerous behavior, or failure to follow safety instructions. No refund will normally be provided in these circumstances, subject to applicable law.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
If illness or injury prevents attendance, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a booking credit or date change after reviewing the circumstances and reasonable supporting documentation.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
